Sharman Woollen Mills (P) Ltd. is an India based worsted spinning unit owned and managed by professionals having more than 30 years of experience in spinning.
It was established in the year 1984 solely as a spinning unit. Sharman started producing 100% high bulk dyed acrylic yarn in 1994 installing in-house dyeing Unit, convertor system and bulking machines, making it a fully composite unit. Since then it has made significant growth, both in volume and brand value and has 100% fully satisfied customers both in indigenous and overseas market.
In 2000, Sharman integrated vertically and installed saurer alma hollow spindle machines to cater to a totally different type of fancy yarns market. Quality yarns can only be manufactured on high quality machines, that is why Sharman has always procured it's machinery from the best EUROPEAN machinery manufacturers such as ZINSER, NSC, SAVIO, OBEM and SEYDEL to name a few.

100% High Bulk Dyed Acrylic Yarn
100% High Bulk Dyed Acrylic Yarn is a core product of Sharman, manufactured from Tow dyeing route. It is used both in knitting and weaving, and available in large number of solid and mixture shades. This product is also available through Hank Dyeing route.
Tow/Fibre used: Bright wet spun (It can be changed with Semi-dull lustre and with different deniers as per requirements)

100% Acrylic Low Pill Yarn
This product is made from low pill acrylic fibre which has soft feel and less pilling on end product, It is also available in large number of solid and mixture shades.
Tow/Fibre used: Bright wet spun (It can be changed with Semi-dull lustre as per customer requirements)
Product 03.
Different Types of Blended Yarns
This product is made from low pill acrylic fibre which has soft feel and less pilling on end product, It is also available in large number of solid and mixture shades.
Fibre Fineness: Different type of wool Microns (20 to 28 microns) and Acrylic Deniers are blended as per customer requirement.
Inside Our Facility
Quality Yarns are produced on only the very best machines. Keeping this in mind, Sharman has sourced state-of-art machinery including Stretch Breaker from Seydel - Germany, Preparatory from NSC - France, Ring Frames & Savio - Italy and continuous shriking machine Volufil from Savio - Italy, among a host of others of the list. It can be seen that Sharman has World Class machinery from the world's best manufactures.
